Absences must be reported by 9AM. If a scholar is sick and receives medical attention, you must provide a doctor's note within 24 hours.

For your convenience, there are multiple ways to report an absence:

1. Complete the form on this page.

2. Call the office at (909) 357-5270. If you are calling outside of office hours, please leave a message with your scholar's name, grade, and the reason they are absent.

3. Report an absence on Q Parent Connect or Parent Square.

4. Email the attendance clerk, Karla Aguilar, at AguiKA@fusd.net with your scholar's name, grade, and the reason they are absent.
